On the 9th of January, an education delegation of 26, from Xuzhou City, came to visit UCEC. The delegation was given an introduction to UCEC’s work, and Neil gave a speech about social governance and education in the UK.

On Tuesday 17th September, Neil was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the Shanghai Innovation and Emerging Industries Development (IEID) conference, in which he spoke about the future of education.

From the 8th – 9th of June 2019, a delegation of BNU, including the Principal Mr Zuoyu Zhou, visited the headquarters of UCEC and participated in the opening ceremony of the London Centre of Beijing Normal University.
